Plot: With a stolen top secret technology, terrorist have create the next generation Universal Soldier a great fighter genetically altered a programmable killing machine. Because of this UniSol leading the way they seize the crippled Chernobyl nuclear reactor, that threat to unleash a lethal radioactive cloud.
The only person who can stop them is Luc Deveraux or Jean Claude Van Damme a Unisol that have been decommissioned of years. To reactivate and retrained, Deveraux must make a full out assault on the heavy armed fortress. These elite fighters are locked, loaded and programmed to kill.
