Katrina Halili file new case against Dr. Hayden Kho and Vicki Belo the new administrative case. The case will continue that Katrina file on Hayden Kho for the scandalous sex video that spread all over the web and all over the Philippines and also outside the country. As of now the name involved was at the watch list of Department of Immigration namely Hayden Kho, Vicki Belo, Erik Chua, Bistek Rosario and Princess Marie Velasco. Except the first case that Katrina file she went on the PRC for the new case against Vicki and Hayden. Malpractice of cosmetic surgery and administrative case that perform liposuction procedure by Hayden that he is not accredited for that job.
According the Katrina’s Atty. Raymond Palad, February 27, 2007 that Hayden receiver his license as a doctor and August 2007 that he perform the liposuction procedure for his clients. It is very clear that he is not accredited at that time on a standards of medical practice that almost 6 years after the licensed before he can make a surgery. Katrina want to suspend and revoke the license to operate of Belo Medical Clinic because of tolerate this kind of medical practice.
