The young man Oscar Leonard Carl the fastest man with no legs is born on November 22 1986 Born in Sandton, Johannesburg in South Africa without bones in his both legs. He never thought he sprint his way into the world record. He runs with J-shaped carbon-fibre prosthetics called the “Cheetah Flex-Foot” manufactured by Icelandic company, Ossur.
