He holds the world records of double amputee runner in 100, 200, and 400 events. The young man Oscar Leonard Carl the fastest man with no legs is born on November 22 1986 Born in Sandton, Johannesburg in South Africa without bones in his both legs. He never thought he sprint his way into the world record. He runs with J-shaped carbon-fibre prosthetics called the “Cheetah Flex-Foot” manufactured by Icelandic company, Ossur.
Oscar Leonard Carl Pistorious second runner for 400m at the South African National Championships in 2007, but he is not qualify for the African team for 2008 Beijing Olympics.

Windows Mobile development. Microsoft was working for a product Windows Mobile 7 that would be due our in the second half of year 2009. Motorola Mobile Devices mentioned about the phone based Windows Mobile 6.5 and will be release next year 2009.
Windows Mobile 6 has not delivered the experience that I think Apple has been able to deliver, but as you look at the plan that is Windows Mobile 7 and even 6.5, I think there are significant new added features which will help the platform”.
Everyone is waiting for the coming Windows Mobile 6.5 I will be interesting watch out for Windows 6.5 release in year 2009.
